‘Among the Trees’

The owners of this property loved their location, and their quiet cul de sac right in the heart of Lansdown was perfect for their family. However, the layout wasn’t conducive to family life and the property was flanked on the west side by a swathe of trees which were protected under Conservation Area policy. Re-configuration of the ground floor; careful siting of the new extensions, joined up expertise between Consultants, site specific Architectural detailing and construction meant we could maximise the space for our clients and create an attractive and generous family kitchen whilst preserving the treescape. A complete re-build of the existing garage and an additional storey created a generous master suite for the parents.
